VforVendetta 2,024 Posted June 11, 2017 Share Posted June 11, 2017  Considering that I've realised that even many fans don't know it, I wanted to ask how many of you know this: As you probably already know, Lady Gaga wrote Americano as a parody of the modern US culture but did you know that the intro, the music tempo of the song and of course the title itself is influenced by the song Mambo Italiano which was sang by Rosemary Clooney in the 50's?
