I didn´t feel any resemblance, the music production is totally different, the only similarities that I can find are some cringy lyrics here and there :laughga:

that's exactly what I meant.. of course the production is different.. I said it's an electronic PRISM for a reason hahaha idk what's happened to her... She needs Bonnie Mckee to write a new album for her

Haven't listened to it yet.  Waiting for the actual release.  Are there more songs like Bon Appetit and Swish Swish?

Most songs sound the same but the title track is amazing.

Act My Age (the bonus track) gives me One of the Boys teas! It's really cute!

Honestly? It's her voice that ruins this album. The production on a lot of these tracks is actually pretty damned good but her voice is awful. I'm not trying to be mean or shady, it works for a certain type of pop, but I'm just not feeling it on this album. Some great experimentation and I commend her for taking those risks, but gurl.......I had to stop some of the tracks halfway through because her delivery was just that bad.

Listening to it right now.  I think it's a great album but weirdly I feel this is the type of album Ke$ha should have made after Warrior.  It just feels more like a Ke$ha album before she became Kesha.

There a few songs I'll listen to again. The rest is very forgettable tbh.

I can't believe I'm saying this but... I actually like this album. I haven't liked a single Katy album as a whole ever. This is admittely a messy album production and lyrics wise but theres something addictive about it idk.

Witness: 6/10. Decent album intro.  Feels like an extended intro.  The chorus is kinda bland.  Production is pretty nice.

Hey Hey Hey: 7/10.  Really wanted I wanted from Katy. Really electric and playful. Doesn't really go anywhere though.  Production is slick.

Roulette: 8/10. Another strong track.  Has a darker vibe to it.  Love it when she goes this direction.

Swish Swish: 10/10. One of my favorite Katy songs ever.  Love how ratchet and goofy this song is.  Nicki steals it though.  Love the stupid lyrics from Katy.

Deja Vu: 8/10 Very danceable.  Lots of energy.  I think it could be possibly be a hit.

Power: 9/10 Great catchy hook.  Production is great even though it's not highly original.

Mind Maze: 9/10.  Would have loved a Future feature on this.  She really utilizes the spacey atone effect well.  Production is really cool and sleek.

Miss You More: 4/10.  I'm sorry but she doesn't do emotional songs well at all. The melody isn't bad but over all it's just kind of there.

Chained To The Rhythm: 6/10. It's catchy but Katy sucks at doing anything meaningful and powerful. Comes off as desperate and cringe.

Tsunami: 9/10  Super cool song.  Loved the hip hop style electric beat.

Bon Appetit: 10/10 Awesome song.  Don't get the hate.  Super catchy.  Production is sexy. Migos isn't bad.  Sad that it wasn't a hit.

Bigger Than Me: 2/10. A near failure. So boring. Maybe it goes well with the album but it feels more like a Prism leftover.

Save As Draft: 1.5/10 Should have been deleted.  Barely remember anything about it. I guess the lyrics are kinda cute?

Pendulum: 3/10.  Just a boring filler song.  Beat is okay at best.

Into Me You See: 1/10.  Holy crap what an awful song and what an awful way to end a high energy album.  She sucks at any type of ballad.  Sounds like some cheap song by Rebecca Black.  Straight up trash.

Overall I'm not really disappointed.  Really good album but not exactly great.  The run of the mill Katy album but still a bit better than Prism.  After Bon Appetit, the album falls asleep and ends on a popcorn fart.  Not as memorable as Teenage Dream but better than One of the Boys.

First time I've ever really listened or paid attention to anything Katy Perry, it was definitely a new experience and now that I heard the album, idk if I'm disappointed or not because I didn't have any expectations for her since I find all her stuff extremely childish and cringey.

Dejavu is a bop, Roulette is cute, Tsunami was ok. Everything else was not for me. Bon Apple Teeth is definitely a stand out track though.

She really wanted to ruin the era with her single choices, huh? Like I mentioned, I like BAT but Roulette or Dejavu should've been the 2nd single, it would've been more of a progression with what she was trying to go for with CTTR

Also, she doesn't really sing her heart out in any of tracks, maybe a bit in Witness and Roulette? The other tracks almost sound like speak-singing or whispering. I don't hear her actually try to sing. Her voice came off very monotone on most songs.

One last thing, I wanna like Hey Hey Hey but the production is too much, the stripped back version she played on her livestream was much better
