beboskoukla 839 Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 When I go on concerts i watch some videos of the shows before so I can see where the artist performs the most, so I know where to TRY to stay. If there are too many people i go there where are less so i have a chance to be nearer the stage. I'm always about 2-3 hours before door opening there. The days before the concert (i think about some wuestions i can ask the Singer IF i get on stage ) look what to wear and exactly plan the arrival. 1 day before the concert i drive to the arena and studie which entrance i should take where should i park the car how fast do i have to run at the day of the concert i dont drink too much so i dont have to go to the toilet during the concert! ( I always smuggle a small water bottle, because i dont have time to buy in the arena i fI'd do that i would stay far away from the stage and i dont want that ) When the doors open, my sis and I hold hands and after the security check, we run like crazy to the stage and look where the most people stand, where less and where the point is she/ he performs the most. Exciting, isn't it I don't need to get there hours in advance because I don't do GA anymore. I did it once for a U2 concert and it was such a pain in the butt. I never do GA simply because I hate being in a pit with a bunch of people. Haroon 49,685 Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 I don't really prepare days before, like if I'm going to see them in concert then that already means that I listen to them regularly anyway On the day of the concert I get a little backpack or satchel and put a book in there or some magazines, a water bottle, and my iPod, then grab something from a shop on the way to the venue like a sandwich or wrap or something. In my jeans or my jacket I have my phone and necessary cards/cash and mints as well Most of the concerts I go to I'm in GA so I get there between 8AM-11AM during the wait I just listen to music or read or talk to whoever I'm with or whoever I'm around.
