It's one of my favorite Katy Perry songs ever, and I have absolutely no idea why it is flopping so hard. Teenage Dream is the only KP album I own, and I will definitely buy Witness next week. What I can't stand is when a song flopped despiteĀ heavy promotionĀ being served. G.U.Y. also has over 130 million views on YouTube (both versions combined) so I'm not that pressed.
