ItWasntLaauv 6,392 Posted June 1, 2017 Share Posted June 1, 2017 As you guys may or may not know, my favorite show, Sense8 (which also happened to be a Netflix Original), was cancelled today after an official statement from Netflix themselves . Needless to say, today was not a very good day, first the dumb Paris Climate Agreement garbage and now Sense8, WHAT NEXT?!! Anyway, I walked home from school feeling a bit down but I had Lorde's new song "Perfect Places" (#PreOrderMelodramaOniTunes) playing in my ear buds while I was walking so, it wasn't altogether bad. Things were starting to look up . When I made it home, I saw that my order for my Jean Paul Gaultier "Le Male" 3-Piece Cologne Giftset finally delivered. This honestly made my day so much better because I was waiting for that stuff all week , I even almost forgot about the dumb Sense8 cancellation. Now my mind is off of the negative stuff and I sat down to watch The Normies react to more Avatar The Last Airbender episodes on YouTube (their reactions make me so much happier along with reactions from Blind Wave). All of a sudden... the rudest thing happened... THERE WAS A F***ING SENSE8 AD PLAYING BEFORE THE DAMN VIDEO!!!! It just reminded me that Sense8 isn't returning for a third season and now I'm bummed out again . It's just so odd, I hadn't really seen a lot of Sense8 ads and one just happened to play the day it got cancelled. Anyway I'm gonna go and finish the rest of the Avatar reaction, I just needed to rant today, hope you found this reading somewhat entertaining. Hope you guys have a good rest of the day/night. Let's have a moment of silence for the best show to ever hit Netflix . Sad that this masterpiece didn't catch the attention needed to stay put. Yes, it's one of those shows that is just so unique and a once in a lifetime experience. Sorry if I sound over dramatic or corny but I honestly don't know another way to put it. Of all people, you'd think Netflix would be the provider to provide closure to series since they have the most creative freedom when it comes to shows. If it's true I would HOPE that they'd announce maybe a 2 hour finale, because a show as expansive as Sense8 deserve a proper finale and closure to the storyline. They gotta make sure to stay above water and keep producing shows. This is business afterall. Also, I am skeptical another channels would pick it up either. I mean, they might have pitch and offered this show to some of them before Netflix did, albeit for only two seasons. And those who rejected it, they have their own reasons. What did I personally do to you that's making you act like this? It's my favorite show and I had a bad day, cut me some slack. I'm sure you would be just as upset if Gaga stopped being an artist.
