It's not that bad. The UK is targeted a lot to the extent my city was "hours away" in March from a pretty big attack but a large majority of attacks are stopped. Sadly, a small amount still occur but to hide away is what the terrorists want so we can't and won't do that.

She'll be fine. Don't let a scale that basically reflects extra defence scare you. It's a good thing if we're higher on the scale as more is being done and people will remain vigilant.
