i can't stand and I unlike her because she's problematic, she uses religion as a meme, she's a bully, she worked with migos, she has said transphobic things on the internet and when her fans tell her to stop doing all those things she just makes a joke out of it.

Yes, gaga has made many mistakes but at least she recognizes, katy doesn't care about our community nor her fans feelings. i understand she's goofy but her problematic *ss is too much. We have plenty of pop girls with good values, give support to them, not to Katy perry.

and this is not what happened to Lady gaga in 2013. she didn't release the DWUW video( i want to believe she recognized her mistake).katycats told katy that they weren't happy about the collab and she didn't care. her fans already told her that she should stop using religion as a meme and she didn't care. There are plenty of interviews where she's asked if she has anything to say about these accusations and she always makes a joke about it

Also she is not the nicest person around. She shaded Britney's mental breakdown 4 times, made a lot of odd racial comments in the past, appropriated cultures in a mocking kind of way, shaded Mariah Carey, shaded Miley Cyrus (though they seem to be friends after Miley clocked her swiftly), is a mean girl backstage (allegedly), shaded Gaga multiple times in the past (from 2013 on wards though she's been nice to Gaga..I wonder why?) etc..

This era is truly bringing to light all the bad and ugly things that make up Katy Perry. 

She needs to re evaluate her life and career after the Witness era. She needs a bit of humbling. 

I agree! There isn't much to Katy's artistry. She has barely evolved and barely has an originality/ Creativity. She doesn't have much talent or stage presence. I don't mind her as a person (She's not my fav by any means), but I don't wish any harm her way. However, I do think she would be better off being a Businesswoman or even getting into politics (She has been extremely political for the past year and a half). 

Now about her shading people and being nice to Gaga after all the shade, Do you think she is just being fake to Gaga? Do you really think she likes Gaga now or is just pulling an act?

I think she genuinely likes Gaga now..you know why? Because she doesn't see her as a "threat" anymore. Its so odd because from the get go Gaga and Katy were pitted against each other because both came out at the same time and both had a strong gay following...and both knew they were in direct competition. Both threw petty shade at each other but once the Applause and Roar debacle came about and Katy came out victorious she totally took the "I'm holier then thou" route. She really seems to have enjoyed and gotten a high from "beating" the world biggest popstar at the time and got the satisfaction so she became overtly nice to Gaga publicly...this is also why I think Gaga does not reply to Katy publicly and sort of pays dust to her publicly..she knows what's going on. I mean proof is in the fact that before the Witness era started she kept retweeting back handed sympathetic tweets declaring how much she "hated" the Roar vs Applause days when most ppl forgot about it...it's like she wanted to remind ppl of how she "won" and wanted to relive it in a sense. but whatever :p

Point is, artists put music out into the world for us to judge. We decide whether to show our support for it or to criticise it. Right now, the world is deciding to take the dislike approach, which they have every right to do. Artists can't grow if everyone always tells them how great they are and gives them hits without them having to try hard. Every artist goes through a flop era and everyone's entitled to their opinion. There's very good reasons why a lot of GGD doesn't like Katy (we really don't need to go into those) and we know why they want her ego to be taken down a peg or two. Her arrogance is really coming out this era because she's still high from the feeling of scoring another 2 massive hits and having the bestselling tour of her career. She thought she was untouchable, hence the lyrics in Swish Swish about another hit being "in the basket" and instructing Taylor to retire and "kiss the ring" and informed her that she was going to be "around for more than a minute, get used to it." Those lyrics exist because she genuinely assumed that the song was going to be another huge #1 for her, that she'd probably already have a lead #1 with CTTR and a top ten with BA by the time she'd released it. As it is, she ended up looking delusional because she counted her chickens before they hatched. Is it any coincidence that Nicki hasn't performed this song live with her yet? Perhaps she feels embarrassed to sing that she's "making hits with Katy" for this very reason?

At the end of the day, while I can feel basic human empathy for an artist flopping, I can only feel so sorry for Katy. She's got 9 US #1s, she's sold millions of copies of her albums, she sold more than the majority of artists make their entire career. She is super rich and has every advantage in life. She won't be living on the street if her career ends tomorrow and she'll never be forgotten in pop culture. Even if she can't have success as a soloist anymore, she can always make money by writing songs for other artists who can actually sing.
