Also, Spaniards are white. Spanish is a white language. The Spanish brought Espanol to the Americas where it mixed with Central and South American languages to create the Spanish we know today. If he had gotten a good education or perhaps lived in the southwest, like I do, he might understand but something tells me reason can't pierce that shell of depression and hatred.

It wasn't the natives either let's be real. Like, they were enslaving each other way before France, Britain and Spain came here. No one wins with this argument 

By the way, some states have official languages (which is the law)

But the premise of "This is my country, speak English or get the f*ck out" or "This is my country, get out" is absurb because it wasn't even their country to begin with. At least with the Native Americans, they were here before any Europeans landed here.

We need to stop living in the past and move forward cause I sure in hell don't want to be living in that time period 😂

I hope the woman gets her Karma though. This is why I'm for everyone saying whatever they want because then it's SO much easier to scope these kind of people out.

I'm so used hearing these things when I go into town that I block it out. I didn't even mention it in my first post.

Growing up in a rural area and school, my first and best friend is actually Mexican, and she was always made fun of for her name. It's ignorance, but people really do change. This was high school though.
