He seems white trashy, no shade, so it's not that surprising. 

White-collar, middle-class, white people are good at "joking" about racism and xenophobia. Lower-class white people... not so much.

I don't get why most white americans are so racist if you come to think about it they didn't even own that land before but they stole it from native americans and they're trying to sugarcoat history by giving their tribes some dough from taxes which every single race in america is paying. And maybe this is also the reason why most white people aren't fully aware of how terrible it was for black people to live in America back then. American education systems are so fücked up for not giving this kind of information nationwide. If they been knew about it they wouldn't be so racist.
