Gaga has grown up a lot and doesn't use Twitter to express her emotions as she did before. She basically uses it for work nowadays, so it's normal we don't see her tweeting to celebrities a lot. She has private interaction with her celebrity friends which we don't see though. She sent flowers to her colleagues which she didn't let us know. She sent flowers and a card to Barbra Streisand and her musical director for the Superbowl and Coachella. She didn't tweet them. She also sent Beyonce flowers to congratulate on her pregnancy. We only know that because she said it at the Superbowl press conference. Beyonce didn't tweet about the flowers as well but she probably thanked Gaga privately.
