Are you sure no deaths? They could easily operate someone else's nukes by hacking. Maybe hack a country's water filtration system and drug someone from water?

computer has made killing soooooo much easier tbh. You don't even need bullets of your own to kill people of other countries with internet.

Well when ur powerless and human kind will always fight each other, if I cared or not what difference will it make.. I feel like it's better not to care and at least try to do whatever u can to help the environnment, animals, your community, things like that cause stupid wars will always exist unfortunately. It's disappointing and annoying, it's what makes this world hard to deal with sometimes

yes! Just do our best! The "please care" isn't directed to you and isn't just about wars. I meant we should care about the world, just like what you have suggested. I believe if everyone does it, we will actually live in peace.

Most attacks happened because the victim computers are still using Windows XP which security support have stopped unless paid for it.

I hate these kind of shxt with government offices, that they are still using ancient OS because it's cheap and the employees are used to it

A worm (called in this form Ransomware) spread rapidly across the globe and attacked every Windows-based PC using a known secuirty issue, which the NSA first explored, and became publicly known when the recent NSA leaks happened.

Someone probably opened a malicoius link and then the worm encrypted all files on the computer and requested the user to pay 300$ in Bitcoin in order to decrypt the files.

The worm also spread onto the NHS in the UK forcing computers in hospitals to be shut down, Deutsche Bahn in Germany and FedEx in the US as some of the most prominent victims, also big corporations in Russia, Spain and Portugal were hit.

This worm is most likely a hacking group thing and not made by a government.

Microsoft patched the hole back in March, but as most buisness don't keep track with most updates, the worm has pretty much easy going.

Microsoft also issued an update for all Windows versions going back to XP.
