Okay, I like the "wokeness" of the video but I feel that it should've been put more into the song, as well. Without the video, the song is just about :hor: and I think she was just trying to make sure she upheld the "woke" theme in the video she's trying to go for with KP4.

I do love the visuals, though. And she looks reeeeally hot with the long blonde hair.

Bloody hooker

I loved it so much more than I thought I would

This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.

Serving visuals I see :awesome:

Love it, though it gave me that 'what the ****' Gaga moment at the end. Low-key BR tho

I think it is creative, funny and such, but those comments regarding anti-feminism has a point, especially that part where Migos were throwing money. DWUW video was not released because it might also get those comments.

It's well made it's just... she is objectified throughout the entire video, literally made to be something consumable and treated as such. Then when she is ready she goes to a room while migos sits up top and throw money at her as she starts to strip. Then all the guests get tied up (apart from Migos for some reason), they rip a young woman's top open and then the video ends and the surprise is... what? That the chefs made the guests into a pie? Is that supposed to subvert the messaging we received throughout the entire video? That the guests who saw her objectified and as something consumable end up getting made into a pie themselves??

But what about Migos? Those dudes were guests... What about the chefs that had her packaged up, who treated her body like dough, boiled her, blow torched her f*cking tongue and sent her out there in the first place? They get to just treat Katy and their guests as if their bodies are consumable?

It's just bizarre and not as 'woke' as I think people are giving her credit for  It's just rehashing the same old BS and then providing a lame 'twist' at the end that's supposed to be subversive but just ends up absurd.

You articulated my feelings about the video quite well. The message isn't really consistent throughout, and I feel like a lot of the visuals were presented simply to be edgy for the sake of being edgy.

I don't see the 'wokeness' at all...literally what the f*ck are people talking about?!

The aesthetic is super nice tho, but there's absolutely nothing woke about it. Just typical female objectification and fetishizing for clicks.

Oh, I'm just visiting-

It's a well produced mv with great cinematography and editing. It has a couple of nice ideas as well.

However, the message it sends seems too literal and straightforward. I wish it was more creative.

It's so weird but I love it. Lmao, I can interpret it as eating vegetarian as the 'meat' you eat will kill you. Hahaha, but I lost my appetit watching the MV.

And when you say my name, like white horses on the waves, I think it feels the same, as an ocean in my veins.
