England is country within the United Kingdom, along with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Saying England as an umbrella term is quite offensive as we are part of the UK as well. Did you read the article? "Trusts and hospitals in London, Blackburn, Nottingham, Cumbria and Hertfordshire have been affected." Those are all in England. This is also BBC's reporting.
