Bio 23,538
I feel like this is what Joanne should have been. He wasn't afraid of going all the way into this new sound. It feels like Gaga was afraid she was gonna lose her audience if she distanced herself too much from pop.

The Joanne sound is gonna be the next big thing in pop by mid-2018. Oh, stop. Gaga's album came out at the end of October 2016. Harry played his mother and his father his album in December of 2016, as he talked about in Rolling Stone. The album was not written after Gaga's album came out, so didn't inspire him. An album takes time to make. Harry's album has zero to do with Gaga, zero, and it makes Gaga fans sound boorish, much like Madonna fans did about Gaga. His influences are very clear and have nothing really to do with a pop star. His interviews show what his plan was about with his debut, the '70s influences, going off with a band to Jamaica and recording, needing to completely distance himself from 1D for his solo debut album and concentrate on what he wanted to do, a complete 180 from pop to the sound he wanted to make for his solo album. His voice was made for this album.
