It's been 15 years since Cher performed at an award show

The last time was in January of 2002 at the American Music Awards

Queen of lip-syncing.

 

But that will be broken at the Billboard Music Awards when Cher receives the Icon Award and performs "Believe"

I always thought TEOG and The Queen sounded identical but yea it sounds like Song For The Lonely too!
