This isn't a political witch hunt. CBS wont allow Stephen to say the word "shït," so of course the FCC is going to consider fining him for saying, “the only thing your mouth is good at is being Vladimir Putin’s cock holster?" His joke obviously crossed the line in terms of the kind of vulgarity that is acceptable on a major network. The FCC is doing their job.
