Seems too many dates only in US.

I don't know if they have measured well the demand.

A smash hit isnt needed to have a successful tour. Not when you're Katy Perry.

No even when you are Gaga ^^ I know she had SB too boost her tickets sales but there's not smash on Joanne ^^

If it does count if you put your album with your ticket sales Gaga should've done the same with Joanne because of Super Bowl hype. It would've went #1 again

When Gaga "flopped" with ARTPOP only booked 40 dates for US + Canada, and there wasn't many instant sold outs... The US Witness leg seems too much long to me.

So if Katy's tickets go on sale on May 22 but the album comes out on June 9 does that mean that it'll basically be like a pre-order if you buy tickets? And it'll all count towards her first week sales?

We'll see what happen, I remember Rihanna also overestimated her power to sell tickets for ANTi

Now I think about it, being on American Idol can help her to sell tickets on US.

Smart move Kety.

“Each ticket purchase for WITNESS: The Tour also includes a copy of her album, Witness.”

I think BB wont count it towards her first week sales because the album is free.
