Back in my young and healthy days singles used to be their own era.

We had performances, interviews, photoshoots, official remixes by A-list artists, acoustic performances, promo in multiple countries, she even had unique clothes and fashion for each single.

Now we have the 'The Cure' , the highlight of the era is that its available on Itunes and Spotify 

Hopefully she will do some stuff for the song once ASIB is done (aka it wont happen probably)

do you think The cure will get more spotify playlists followers later on? It's been stuck at around 60M for weeks now while some songs get like 100M

Not sure if already posted but Just Dance has reached 99M streams on Spotify and should hit 100M by next Friday/Saturday I think. Do What U Want will be a few days/a week after I think

Well we had everything of that with Million reasons and to a lesser extent for PI, just not any grand promo. The cure is a special single to cure her radio, spotify and WW appeal again.

indeed , Million Reasons truly saved her. It was her best promoted singles in years.

It's not like we know how much it will get. It could get 20M first day like BA or 2M like million reasons. It will depend on the video. I also just want a damn video since i want visuals for the song and music videos are also one of my favorite things about gaga, it's not all about the charts and bling you know

Also does anyone know if there's a way to track streams and video views from each country? I think The Fame/Monster is at 8.8M SPS in the US (I think this is as of April 2016 - i.e. before the SuperBowl and I think it sold 38k SPS the week after the SB alone). Poker Face and Bad Romance alone get around 150k streams a day on Spotify each, Poker Face gets ~300k views WW a day on YouTube while Bad Romance gets ~350k. For 1 album sale a song needs to get 1.5k streams. I think between sales of The Fame/Monster and the streams on YouTube and Spotify of the singles (from Just Dance to Alejandro), we're surely past 9M SPS. I genuinely think a diamond certification for The Fame (and hopefully Just Dance) could be soon. Just Dance has sold 7.1M in the US and has 220M+ YouTube views and nearly 100M spotify streams

Because people aren't aware of the song yet. not on a ww scale atleast, it's only promo is spotify playlists+ radio airplay and the US is still very slow with airplay and WW it ain't me had much bigger radio support then the cure except maybe AUS and UK. Look at BA audio, it was out for 2weeks+ and only have 10million views while the video got double that in 24hrs. We won't know how well the video will do.
