The Joanne era was cut short, tho I agree with you, there was no real potential left single wise, but at the same time, was Joanne all about the singles? As Gaga said herself, it was not. Instead of TC, she would've just been not promoting a flop third single, or even worse have literally nothing going on at all. At least she has a song doing something.
