It'll work if it's a good one with great replay value and if there are a lot of hype before premiering it (teaser on vevo, instagram, facebook etc) If it's Million Reason 2.0 well... I doubt that it will be that case with TC because of following reasons: Even though the theme of MR is basic it fits to the song while TC is more dance-able so I bet more things are "happening" in the video. Second, I think Gaga was sure about the meltdowns of MR video and the JW video was kind of a redemption for the fans. I really doubt she will repeat this mistake. Additionally Gaga is aware that she has not much time to do promo so a good video can make up for lack of promo and then the chance is more likely that it will be a no-brainer. They clearly wrote (Audio) and (Lyric video) in each video, can be a sign that the video will come.
