For some reasons ASIB resembles more to Bette Midler's The Rose than in fact the classic versions of ASIB. Something tells me that it will be at least a fine movie. I don't think it'll do well commercially or with critics. With that said, a song from it could get nominated at the Oscar's or Grammy's. It's more of to get Gaga's name out there as an actress.
