If the NYT decides to go with Katy and a policeman on fire on the first page, all the offended people should go for the NYT and not for her. She saw her picture on a major newspaper, wanted to share and didn't give a damn about what else was on the front page. And by that she made herself look like an ass. That's all. After all, she happily collaborated with very publically homophobic rappers just weeks after receiving an award for her LGBT activism. Or The Weeknd's producer saying she was absolutely puzzled about why white people calling black people the n-word was racist. I think people do WAY TOO MUCH on Katy for "copying Gaga", this is what people should rather look into when they wanna criticize her.
