I don't get why people in this thread can't just answer and help you understand. Essentially the BB Hot 100 is calculated using radio AI, streaming, and hard sales. In its second week hard sales dropped significantly and while streaming and radio has increased, they did not increase enough to offset the drop in sales. The song will likely begin climbing again as its increasing in sales, radio spins/adds, and streaming. Hope that helps!
