It's one thing if the song was good and just not doing well. I can see doing the song justice, giving it a video and some love. BA is not good by any standards. Honestly, I wouldn't want something like BA to be promo for the album if I was her, her team, or her label. I mean, 94M on VEVO, 82M on spotify, what about the other plataforms? (pandora, apple music...) And it sold over 250.000 (pure sales) right?
