It's not decreasing, it's just not pulling ahead much either. Maybe the relative radio audience in countries where it's doing well is higher than it is ATM in US and they'll play catch up. These things are only really good for temporary boosts on iTunes though so I wonder how much it'd really help the song in the long run. But the video needs to be as much of an "event" as possible, though I don't think it really will be. We just need to pray to the gods above that Radio doesn't eventually deem its performance on iTunes and Spotify to be an indication that people don't like it. Maybe a discount is in order.
