I posted this yesterday in another thread, so here ya go:

Despite the heat and long waits (that's filming though; lots of waiting), going to the filming today was SO much fun! Really once in a lifetime.

I'm super bummed I had to leave after our "lunch" break, at about 6:30, to go home and couldn't watch the rest of the filming. It's a long drive from Indio to Long Beach, so that's about as late as I could have stayed.

Anyways, I'm super excited for this movie and I, for one, am stoked that the music will be country, especially after what we heard today. Bradley Cooper has a GREAT voice for the genre and is pretty good at the guitar too. Gaga...her voice is always so amazing and I really think it fits into this genre so so nicely. She really shines in a different way in country.

We got to listen to two or three songs from the soundtrack and they all were really great to me, but it was hard to judge because they were performing un-mic'd, so it was hard to hear. The one we heard most was about a grave and it's this great, groovy dark country track. We also got a little bit of this country love ballad that sounded gorgeous. I'm so excited for this soundtrack as I actually enjoy some country music.

Gaga looked beautiful. She looked different, but still was Gaga. Hair color was perfect and her styling as this country girl was so good. First outfit was this flaired sleeve floral blouse with some awesome flaired bell bottoms with a slip up each leg. Second outfit a really cute retro looking country girl dress complete with fringed front (LOVED this dress). Third look was more country rocker with a tied up tee, tight pants, and a fringed pattern pancho shawl.

I kinda understand where some of the country tinge in Joanne came from. If she was simultaneously working on soundtrack from ASIB, I can see her being totally inspired by country. That, or Joanne was her first attempt to try some of those sounds to prepare for ASIB.

I also get her releasing "The Cure" a little more now too...not only to hype Coachella but to kinda toss a bone to her fans that only enjoy her dance-pop music because ASIB will be some really great country music. Future CMA? I hope.

Great day! Love being around fellow Monsters.

Thanks for the write-up! I haven't been following ASIB too closely so this was really helpful and interesting.

Thanks for the info. It kinda makes sense why she went with the country vibe in Joanne now, she was probably so into it that it kinda translated into her own work and i can see why she is realising The Cure now.

Super close! We are against the black railing, right up front. Bradley even acknowledged my friend personally for telling him he was doing great after a cut. Gaga also looked right into our eyes after cuts as she walked off stage and hand signed hearts and even a monster claw. It was so special. There wasn't many people AT ALL, so it was super intimate. We were totally in a lot of shots, let's just hope they choose to use them in the final cut.

YOU'VE BEEN UP ALL NIGHT / DIGGIN' MY GRAVE

She sang at least 3 different songs but you couldn't hear 95% of them since everyone would scream as loud as they could the moment she opened her mouth. Seriously, so many fans were so irritating and unprofessional here -- people brought signs, people screamed "Gaga" over and over, people were trying to show her things, people were sneaking in phones and cameras, people were cutting lines and trying to force their way on camera, etc etc etc.

HOWEVER, there was a cool moment when she sang at a piano and for once everyone shut up and let her just sing -- it was magical. Everyone also broke out into "Millions Reasons" at one point, and that was cool to see!

Confirmed song title: "Digging My Grave" (Cooper called it that himself, and it's a duet between Ally and Jackson.)

Ally also has a solo song that acts as an encore for her at a piano at the end of a concert with her and Jackson. No title confirmed.

They also sang the very end of a third song holding a tambourine for the end of the concert, but it was just the end and I couldn't make out a clear chorus.

Was that today?

I unfortunately saw a handful of people act the same way yesterday. The crazy shouting, the signs, and other behavior. Really was unfortunate to see because she was trying hard to focus and work. We also broke out into Million Reasons yesterday. That was a cool moment.

"Diggin My Grave" was great though and I can't wait to hear the studio version.

I can't believe people were acting this way.  Do you think they will cut out the "Gaga" sounds but keep the cheering for the final sound for the movie?  Otherwise,  how could the film  crew let the people act that way?  I guess it's technically easy to separate stuff like that.
