I tried uploading a video a while ago, and before the upload was even complete, the audio in the whole thing was muted (Glitter and Grease was playing in the background). Nope, I believe that they're using same algorithms that Shazam/YouTube/SoundHound use to detect copyrighted audio. My videos have been deleted immediately multiple times.
