why she even bother, let CTTR die and release something else, this is such a desperate move

Inb4 CTTR is the best song she's written so far for the album. :saladga:. Our pop girls are dying.

I am happy that Gaga is not that hit-oriented and thirsty for numbers!!!

Have you seen the latest photos Katy has posted on Instagram??? She looks like the Gaga from ARTPOP era. Such a pathetic and try-way-too-hard move  !!!

ARTPOP wasn't try way too hard. What you doing sis :gum:

Back to rent-a-rapper remixes. I thought she quit that after the backlash she got for using that method repeatedly during the TD era. She didn't use it at all during Prism, if I remember rightly. So, to go back to it now suggests that having a hit is of paramount importance, even if it means going back to her old ways. And of all names to go for, Lil Yachty? At least with Skip, she had a certain level of credibility because he wasn't an established star and isn't trying to make generic music for the masses. But Lil Yachty is not who you go to if you want to be taken seriously.

Please explain :emma:

Her label is probably as worried as her, This is obviously a kind of treatment for a Lead Single, and this would be her FIRST Lead Single to not hit the number one spot, and that's a shock for everyone, it means her next album might be her Flop Time, and not everyone can handle that, especially people like Katy, she will probably have a mental breakdown

Even when she's trying to be experimental and indie, she's still doing it in the most commercial way possible.

Maybe, MAYBE that's because she's one of the biggest popstars and her label is screwing her up. Can you honestly imagine her big boss saying "Oh yeah that's okay, let's give our biggest artist the freedom that she wants and screw her career up to undo the product we have created". You seem to be overthinking a lot of things while dismissing the most common.

Hoping she moves on to the next single soon.  Haven't really been that bothered about CTTR.

I'm not sure why people are calling her desperate when it's just the same as what Gaga has done. It's a business. Why is everyone still shocked people want #1s?

Why are you all so pressed about this? it's just a remix. The Million Reasons Andrelli Remix was released on Gaga's page and nobody is saying anything about that? Artists always get these additions added to their page after a new album or release this is no different.

and you all saying this is desperate - Katy probably had nothing to do with this. Literally making a big deal out of nothing.
