Seeka 12,372
I think it's my favorite, although it helped me through a tough time. I mean, I understand why people have such personal connection to Born This Way, but I haven't hd any personal angst about being gay. I wasn't beaten, nor was the teasing something I couldn't handle. ARTPOP helped me with my depression, and it was amazing.
Laceface 2,964
I think to judge accurately you have to have been around for all eras. Lots of people weren't for The Fame & don't have the experience or connection to it like other album cycles.

She wanted to give us her best album in her career convined Art and Pop in one but sometimes things not work even for her and its sad because ARTPOP could be her best album ever and all the potencial never exploted, It could sold at leats 10 million copies and have great hits and videos , just remember The App, Volantis, All the concepts and visuals from the Artrave and the lot of lost songs from ARTPOP ACT II that she should have to release in 2014, the ARTPOP documentary and singing in the space and all the projects that she wanted to create with this album, some of you will said it was a flop and her worst album but for me it was everything that never happen and I apreciate that from her for wanted to create some unique, rest in peace ARTPOP, we could belong together forever.. MOMONSTER 5
ARTPOP's very underrated. I think it's her most ambitious album with some of the deepest lyrics. I feel like there was an evil presence with her at that time, and it really hurt her in the end. And I find it warming to see how she got out stronger of those dark times. She's a very strong, powerful and beautiful woman. Mama Monster's growing. Justice for ARTPOP.

ItsTommyBitch 12,640
It would be mine if BTW didn't exist 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

If there is a big ass star telling you it's okay to be gay, then that kind of removes all your angst. However, Born This way was released in my senior year, so high school was ending and I was at the top of the food chain, even if I wasn't popular. So maybe I just wasn't of the right age/time in my life.
OMonster 14,675
ARTPOP is my favourite Gaga album for sure. I absolutely love it... beyond words. I feel so connected to the album it's crazy. Like, you cannot be sad listening to this record. It brings you up and keeps you there. It's incredibly escapist and takes you to a total different world; a world where all your worries, your fears and your own reality is removed. It is a total energy rush that brought Gaga closer to me than ever before. The album also freed me from myself. When I say it's an escapist record, I mean that it took me away from myself. In an incredible, positive way. Whilst BTW helped a lot of you guys accept your sexualities and your own existence, ARTPOP really did that for me. It freed me... just like it freed Gaga. I could go on and on. subtext / fantasy

imnotyourbabe10 6,100
You're not alone! ARTPOP is classic and dope [ ] as f**k! Not my #1 favorite Gaga album but the experimental vibes of it sent that sort of "radicalize" message for which I am eternally grateful. All her albums are amazing. TF was kinda beautifully pop fluff; TFM is a masterpiece on all counts; BTW is an anthemic "what keeps us up at night" record (she described it as such if I recall correctly) and Joanne is timely. Anyway, totes support your love of AP!
