Teenage Dream is a terrific song. Pop perfection.

I actually feel the exact same way. It's pop perfection. The song is happy and sad at the same time. It makes me feel nostalgic for a life I've never lived. I wish I had an amazing person in my life to base this around, but I know if I ever do, this song will be playing on repeat in my mind. The fact that Katy was in her 20's when she sang it really drives home the ultimate message of it - that you can feel young at heart forever and falling in love makes you feel like you're young again, so if you're in love, you feel like you're living a teenage dream. That is partly what makes me think that I could sing this song at any age, it's evoking youth, even if you aren't young.

I wish Katy could make amazing music like this again.

Teenage Dream is a good song, but seriously, it's not that deep, specially not David Bowie deep. :smh:

Lorde, sis :air:

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

She is such an eloquent speaker for ha age. :golfclap:

Teenage Dream is a great song, (although, I don't like the fact it's produced by Dr. Luke, but that's beside the point). Bonnie McKee is truly a great song writer and Katy basically owes her career to Bonnie. She literally gave the concept and title of Teenage Dream to Katy and she went on to have the biggest era of her career. Pretty pressed that Bonnie gets slept on every time she releases something of her own. :nails:
