I love how loyal she is but that's also the cause of her questionable business choices. I also don't know what Gagz can do differently at this point to shift public opinion. The card she has played this album cycle is "I'm a real AUTHENTIC musician that can sing!" but it didn't exactly change her career. If she goes back to a dance pop-esque sound she'll get dragged by rival fanbases and the media. If she goes even less pop next album I think she'll anger a lot of her stans. Just remember Bobby is the one who had to intervene to modernize 'Cheek to Cheek' and this fanbase hates that album as it is. I can't imagine what they would've thought of the original album.
