Lana Del Rey isn't really "popular" enough to do the halftime, which I think sucks completely, being that she has such amazing songs, however they usually choose someone who's trending and has released an album quite recently. Nicki Minaj wouldn't be a great pic, she would probably be really inappropriate for younger audiences and the Super Bowl would most likely face a lot of backlash for her performance. She has already been a guest on Madonna's halftime show too. Taylor Swift is another option, I personally don't have an interest in Taylor Swift however she would be great for all audiences and she's definitely quite the craze at the moment. Rihanna isn't a great performer, same for Taylor, so idk, Gaga already performed, there's no one left as good to do it. Kinda hoping this Ed Sheepan hype ends, just picturing a whole Halftime Show with a boy playing a guitar makes me sick.
