Benji 20,113
I mean if there's been foul play then fair enough but it sounds like this just covers all of the time and money invested into her career so

RAMROD 109,618
Yeah, but didn't he also didn't want to pay a dime for single art that were made by someone who also happened to be a member of GGD as well tho? The particular memebr had a rant thread about it here too, a couple of years a go or something. It was during his first album era. What comes around goes around, I guess. Didn't the member who posted that, say it Adore's MANAGER who was bitch and refused to pay him? I mean... this could back up what Adore's lawsuit as evidence against the managment. But I find the user, seems never visited again since Summer 2016, @DirtyRichHooker and the thread's seems to be gone (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡
StuckInMyMind 5,930
Omg this has made me so happy! I've been screwed over by Adores manager before (David Charpentier) and finally some justice
Supersonic 49,376
The full legal complaint was made public! https://www.docdroid.net/os3iyK4/daniel-noriega-v-producer-en.pdf.html The basic rundown: Producer Entertainment took 80% of Adore's booking fee even though contractually they were only allowed 20%. 50% of Adore's income was deposited in an "artist account" to which she had no access to and is fully controlled by her managment (most likely the budget for upcoming projects). Also the account has no transperancy, Adore has no idea on what budget she can create her art on. She was not compensated for any album/single sales and streams, the tricky thing is that was no contract signed that settles monetary compensation between the artist, songwriters, record company and managment. The contract sounds super dodgy and clumsy and if it comes to an actual courtcase, it will be most likely declared void (meaning Adore would win.) However, her managment might go for a Settlement to not lose face, they're representative of many other high profile Drag Race queens.
