No way would British comedy shows allow a skit of this nature, particuarly as it was a parody over s-xualising a girl who was under 18 at the time. It's weird because the FCC is against very suggestive s-xual content. America seems to put lower ratings on movies with extreme violence but s-xual content requires more restrictive ratings for some reasons.
