Love the Fox interview and that jacket helps the outfit tbh. Britney's shoulders are a little on the manly side, jackets give her a more feminine shape.

idc what anyone says, i actually love this video.

OMG Finally someone comments on this!!

I've always loved this video despite the fact that Britney's not in it, but this was a single back when her struggles got worse + I feel like this fit the song. :)

Ok, I wanna know... Why do people say Blackout is her best? :nails:

Please explain.

I love Blackout, it's dark, it's raw, it's RnB, but what makes it better than Circus or any other Britney album? Circus had a lot of wonderful songs as well. Femme Fatale is great too. So is her early work, but I tend to split her work up. First 4 albums = prebreakdown, then last 3 = postbreakdown. Do people overrate Blackout because it was a product of the media trauma of 2006 - 2007? Fill a brotha in.

I don't think it's her #1 best. But I do think it's one of her best. I mainly think it's better than Circus because it's more raw, and Circus seemed kinda rushed and she didn't seem 100% ready to come back that fast, in my opinion. I do love Circus! In fact, I love most of her albums. & I also like FF! Just not all of it.. I can't really choose which one of her albums is her #1 best album because they're all really amazing.

But I love Blackout because of how raw it is and it's so shocking how amazing it is considering the time she recorded the album and released it. BUT, I don't think it's her best album she's ever made.

Oh, I see what you're saying. One reason I like FF is because it's so polished. It's produced to perfection and everything is clean and sparkly. It def works in the album's favor. Then half of Circus is just really personal and good, and the rest of it is just good dance tunes. Then there's the raw s-xy Blackout that is just so edgy. It's so hard for me to pick a fave, but I'm def team postbreakdown Brit. I love those albums better than the first four. I think my fave is Circus. Or like if you mix half of Circus, half of Blackout and half of Femme Fatale, it'd be my fave.

Yeah, I see what you mean lol. I mean, I love all of her albums! There's only three that I like but I don't LOVE (Britney, Femme Fatale, and Oops I Did It Again) I need to be in the mood for those three. I agree btw on FF! Femme Fatale is very well produced, it's just there's barely any raw songs like how ITZ Blackout and Circus has. There's not one song that seems personal or raw on it and that's one of my favorite things about her albums, there's always those songs that are just personal and/or raw (like Everytime, My Baby, etc). I don't really count Trip To Your Heart as a personal song, tbh.

Yeah with FF it's so hard to find a personal song. This album was meant for the club not the bedroom sob sessions! Lol. But I'd probably say the closest songs on FF to being raw or personal are Inside Out and He About To Lose me. I could so see Inside Out on Circus.

TheCheetahwings

It really is an amazing song. Amazing instrumental, in addition to Britney's vocals.
