Supersonic

Obviously Good Girl Gone Bad. I don't know how you could even compare those two, Loud was just a disastrous attempt of recreating RedOne's sound by enlisting tons of Scandinavian songwriters & producers. Good Girl Gone Bad was her breakout era, the era people actually know her for. :smh:

Well they're only 500k apart despite GGGB having a rerelease so obviously some people know LOUD too. Loud was more global, had more #1s, and sold similarly with no rerelease and less singles. They're comparable.

I think Good Girl Gone Bad was a huge success in the US & Continental Europe, Loud was huge success in the US & the UK. If u ask people her what Rihanna songs they remember, it'll be either Umbrella, Don't Stop The Music or We Found Love tbh

Definetely GGGB, just for Disturbia alone.

Loud was pretty much defined by her relationship with Chris Brown, or ex-relationship.

Phoenix

I know GGGB sold more but LOUD is bigger imo. She was on top that year and she was really close to becoming iconic. Even tho GGGB:R is flawless album! LOUD would be maybe even bigger if it had a rerelease. I just think that numbers don't always speak about impact and success. Idk.

They're neither her flop eras nor her peak eras, they're just kind of in between. What era was bigger as whole?

Unapologetic Bitch

Diamonds, Stay, and Pour it Up were huge.  What Now was moderate though.  TTT only had one big, we found love and arguable WHYB.
