Just skip the nomination, just a waste of time cause she'll get that Grammy.

If radio wanted to see if it "sticks", they should've tried playing it first. Regardless, they finally got the memo and that's what counts.

In all honesty, had they been paying true attention, they'd know Gaga was bringing back the age of the vocalist this entire time.

When my fav is being hailed as the least traditional artist with outstanding theatrical on-stage performances with detailed outfits and intense choreography but at the same time also one of the best if not the best vocalists of our generation whose career spans multiple genres including dance, country and jazz.

Lady Gaga is not bringing back the vocalist era, seriously...

Vocal ballads are released every year, and some become big hits. Those songs going smash hits or big are rare (or even very rare)

To conclude, Adele is saying Hello ! ;)

And to talk about ballads quality I think Angel Down is far better and deeper than MR...

I guess they have a point, but Gaga has been doing this since the beginning (Brown Eyes, Speechless). It's not a new thing for Gaga to sing a huge ballad - everyone should know that. I thought the Born This Way era already proved that with The Edge Of Glory and all the acoustic performances. And even though she is a pop artist, she has always wanted to be recognized as a vocalist, too. After all, isn't that something that SHOULD matter? Like, in my opinion pop stars should be great vocalists, no matter what kind of era we're going through. And maybe the article is trying to say that even though Gaga is one of the ''pop girls'' she's also one of the best vocalists - and that's how it should be. The best singers should be recognized, not the prettiest and the ones with the biggest butts.

The thing gaga started was the explosion of self acceptance/all inclusive songs/album with born this way... And that's all sia and that Canadian girl can do ATM

The question is, how many of them can be equally stunning on stage? Everyone can sing behind a studio.

Adele is amazing live...

Pink, Christina Aguilera, and so on (I could give a huge amount of exemple of great vocalists who released smash ballads)

About time they recognize her "powerhouse vocals" and nice to read these good comments from industry people. As for impact, we'll see but let's just say that Adele was always considered as one of a kind, an exception, with no real impact on the rest of the music scene. Perhaps Gaga will influence the music trends again. In any case, I think at least one Grammy is on lock for 2018.

Well let's pray to god John Lennon up there in pop heaven for this to happen

i think u freaky but you don't have a hit
