I told everyone that PI was the biggest mistake Gaga ever made because it is anti streaming and did nothing to repair her relationship with Spotify. Everyone said I was wrong but I told them just wait a few months and you will see, and look what happened today Your post in a gif: One, five, ten lay a million on me

Edonis 28,950
Gaga's team needs to stop feeling like they're always the exception to things and actually put the effort into her streaming power. They clearly want a hit but stay true to her artistic vision. I'm not saying abandon sales efforts at all, but rather shift their efforts into getting streaming power. And no more Apple exclusives. She has great sales prowess for 2017; she needs to collect that streaming power as well (and reclaim her digital streams on YouTube too).

kvnrp 48,353
I don't expect any new artist to get on the same exposure level as Gaga, Bey or Rihanna anytime soon tbh. We might be in the last batch of big pop girls Streaming is killing the industry because the artist earns next to nothing from it and you'd need to be a real touring power to get people into your show. But iTunes or Amazon won't die from this. Even though it's just as easy to buy a song for a dollar as it is to stream a song, peopletend to take the free thing, even if the quality is worse. Too bad that with streaming so easily available, trash can float to the top much easier

JustinTrudeau 2,419
I understand the appeal of streaming, but I prefer downloading songs because I don't have unlimited data so I can't listen to streaming music when I'm out (commuting, shopping, etc) in places that don't have wi-fi. How does people stream a lot, I'm curious. Just by being in places with internet? Clearly I'm still clueless about this I fell down the stairs once as an actor. People are just stupid if they think pure sales means anything anymore. No one in the industry cares; it's all about units now. The only people that care about pure sales are forum stans. Gaga fans hold on to sales cause joanne gave them good sales thats all
