Concerts and tours are always about money, don't lie to yourself. What's the point on making a show in a country where around 60% of families are poor? Are they going to pay tickets with rice or what. There are also a lot of countries that Britney hasn't toured yet and where economy es better so people can actually afford tickets. You're saying it's all about money when you don't even know how a tour works. We clearly just don't pay "rice". You don't even know how much the tickets are. You need to talk with your brain by taking your head out of your ass. You need to have a happier life if that's how you see "poor" countries.
