Troy was so anti-discount for some reason, it always annoyed me since she missed out on good opportunities. The only discount he DID do was so obvious and is held against her even today (.99 BTW).

Under his watch, MR wouldve never gotten discounted and wouldve been pulled from radio after a week. People who are here now and want him back don't remember the downside-- He always gave up on things too soon. MTN was dropped from radio promotion after it went to like #13 on iTunes and not Top 10 after NYE.

It's tough. Both have +'s and -'s, and we don't know what was her manager and what was her.

I would say Bobby, only because once he took over C2C was a success, he got her the Oscar's slots twice, SB was huge, and Joanne has done well with MR being a hit.

Troy oversaw her peak which is absolutely HUGE and people shouldn't discredit that, but he also oversaw her release of Judas, the demise of the TEOG original video, and the collapse of her confidence from BTW -> ARTPOP. That's pretty unforgivable. If he stuck around, I'm almost certain she'd be irrelevant / have nothing out right now.
