I don't know any of her songs bar CLOSER oc

Now wondering how she sold more than Meghan, Ari, Selena, Demi and even SIA with Badlands if her songs were bad.. like HOW???

Because its lyrics are actually really good (mostly). Some of them are relatable for the teens that claim not to follow trends by listen to "not comercial music" that's actually very trendy (the same thing that happens with Adele, Lorde at her peak, and Lana tbf).

And her sound even if it has a very specific vibe it's not that repetitive unlike some of the ones you mentioned :poot:

They should really start to push the next single. It's not like sending it to radio and dropping a video is going to have an effect on MR pulling 20k-30k/week. And it'll need time to rise. I hope they start with an awesome video and a discount on iTunes to start the process.

No. MR is currently peaking on radio, which means it's like 2/3 done on radio. Third single shouldn't come until it's getting -100+ spins -1m+ audience every day. Pushing a new single to radio WILL hurt MR and it needs to be milked as much as possible. However, she should perform it at Coachella and get a video prepared.

Halsey's rise on itunes is worryingly slow, idk what everyone's thinking with all these midweek releases lately.

We are easily gonna pass 1M pure for MR.

500K pure album, 1M pure single. Queen of pure sales.

Now we await the announcement of Cheek 3 Cheek to cause meltdowns. :lolly:

JazzGa haters can seethe. She'll be one of the few female artists with 5 albums (6 if you count TFM's 2010-onward sales) this decade to surpass 500k+ pure if she releases another jazz album.

In fact, she most likely be the only.

Taylor : Speak Now (2010), Red (2012), 1989 (2014), TS6 (2017?)

Beyoncé : 4 (2011), Beyoncé (2013), Lemonade (2016), B7 (2018-2019)

Adele : 21 (2011), 25 (2015)

Katy : Teenage Dream (2010), Prism (2013), KP4 (2017)

Rihanna MIGHT tie for 5 with R9

Hands up to the sky 🌧 I’ll be your galaxy 🌌

I think all she cares about is streams. She could easily be the female twenty one pilots with this era. Overlooked success because of genre, when the numbers pointing to their power are all there

Depends how her singles go, shes always been somewhat weak with albums and CTTR type hits wouldnt get her there

Tinashe's single impacting almost a month after its release, it's like RCA tries to sabotage every one of their artists

It sucks though, I added it to my Spotify based on her name alone / buzz and then I listened and was so disappointed. Not the sound people expect from her.

it's more poppy than 2 On/Aquarius but it's a decent song imo. I think it could have decent success if they actually push it, which RCA is notorious for not doing.
