Capitol treats Katy much better and more intensely support her because she's their biggest act in decades. Capitol is much less powerful than Interscope. Interscope has tons of huge acts. Therefore, less attention gets focused on the ones who aren't as big. Gaga is not Interscope's darling like Katy is with Capitol. She used to be.
