He's at #49 now, but is gaining The song is pretty good, in fact i like his whole EP Aaron, the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, got his start in 1997 at the age of 10. He had two songs in the Top 10 in the UK that year (as well as other countries across Europe). Aaron had his US debut in 2000 with his 3x platinum certified album, Aaron's Party. His second album went platinum in 2001, and then his success faded. Aaron was affected by a big scandal involving manager Lou Pearlman. Lou was the manger of boy groups like O Town, Take 5, Backstreet Boys, NSYNC and Aaron Carter. Pearlman was accused by many of these guys later on of molestation. Pearlman would send boys he recruited to his house in Orlando: "Just what took place in that house -- complete with movie theater, video games, pool table, swimming pool and a planned bowling alley -- has become the focus of a series of very different allegations by young men who claim Pearlman acted inappropriately, molested them or sought to exchange sex for help with their careers." Jane Carter, mother of Backstreet's Nick Carter and his brother Aaron: "Certain things happened, and it almost destroyed our family. I tried to warn everyone. I tried to warn other mothers," she told Vanity Fair. "I tried to expose him for what he was years ago ? I hope you expose him, because the financial [scandal] is the least of his injustices." This leads me to believe that Aaron experienced sexual abuse from Pearlman Since then Aaron has appeared on reality tv shows, like Dancing with the Stars and has done some touring. Aaron had to check in to a treatment center in 2011, to deal with emotional issues he was experiencing. He filed for bankruptcy in 2013. I really hope this is a sort of comeback for Aaron. Good for him I guess. i know he's had some bumps in the past, but he's been through some stuff and I just wanna see him have some success cuz he is talented. (and even if he was still a Trump supporter (and I'm as liberal as they come), i wouldn't dislike him cuz of it. I'm a supporter of the 'separate the music from the artist' type deal. After all, I still listen to Azealia Banks. It was just what came to mind when I saw his name, lol.
