Head Empty 27,285
Voted GroenLinks, so I'm pretty content with the results for now . And also happy that PVV didn't grow more than it did, although they're still too big.

Looks like it's going to be VVD+CDA+D66+GL. VVD and GL may sound like a weird combo, but they're the biggest winner this election. It would be weird to include them in the coalition. VVD and GroenLinks would be a weird combo indeed, on the other side, GroenLinks and D66 could work together within the coalition on subjects like environment and education Before there was love, there was silence
Luc 4,776
You know, the PvdA loss is not really a loss for social democracy in the Netherlands. The loss for social democracy happened four years ago (actually, 23 years ago), not today. If GroenLinks joins a coalition CDA-VVD-D66 I'm going to vote SP or PvdD
Fascination 1,130
I was hoping that GroenLinks wouldn't join a coalition with the VVD so I hope they don't but I guess they will.

It would be stupid not to join them. Our democracy is all about compromise! Sticking to your own ideals without dialog is what creates this polarizing political situation like in the US. Dutch 95,714
So, no surprises yet, right? It's funny how fast the results from Amsterdam are in, while the other ones are taking so long.
