I voted this morning right before I went to work. :gaycat:

I'm actually loving this high turnout. I'll be watching television all night waiting for the results.

Turn-out in Rotterdam is already higher than in 2012 :applause: 65% vs 63%

Utrecht and Groningen almost there.

Made a small graph to show differences in turn-out. The fourth column are the parties that these neighbourhoods voted for over the national average.

The biggest differences are Rotterdam Centrum, probably due to the renovated central station, and Feijenoord, probably due to the high amount of Turks living there. PVV turn-out high. I think turn-out for Surinamese/Antilian/Moroccans will be low.

Fascination

I voted today for the first time for Marianne Thieme, Party for the Animals. I am a little bit skeptical about Green Left now but maybe in a few years they might get my vote. I am looking forward to hear about the results but I think there's a big chance that Party For Freedom may win unfortunately.

Which coalition is going to work out?

VVD + CDA + D66?

---------

I'd love a Groenlinks + SP coalition tho

---------

At least VVD is pro-choice and pro-euthanasia

VVD + D66 + CDA. But for a majority they need 7 Seats more. ChristenUnie and SGP could work, but is quite controversial. GroenLinks is an other option, but I don't know if VVD and GL would work well

When I was voting, Lana Del Rey was on the radio with Love, so it took me a little bit longer to vote. :hor:

I'm actually very relieved with the second exitpoll. Looks like it's going to be VVD+CDA+D66+GL. VVD and GL may sound like a weird combo, but they're the biggest winner this election. It would be weird to NOT include them in the coalition.

Why are a lot of people saying that Mark Rutte won the elections? The normal results aren't in and polls are unreliable. I can't believe that PVDA lost so much seats and the VVD didn't.
