Ozzy8923 9
His second single will debut perhaps in the top 20. Definitely not the top 10. You need MASSIVE sales to debut in the top 10 now thanks to the new Billboard rules.

The odds are in her favor, but I honestly won't be shocked if it doesn't make it. If there's a huge single around the time it's released with lots of airplay... :deadbanana: Edited June 3, 2012 by Klou

If there's a huge single around the time it's released with lots of airplay... I think it depends on the track itself. We all know Gaga's gonna hype the **** out of it. In any case, it's gonna be harder for all these pop divas to reach #1 now, and I couldn't be happier about that. 'Bout time.
hausofmike 127
I don't think her next single will debut at #1. Unless sales are below 250,000 again, and she sells over 500,000 with a pretty good radio AI

I'm just scared for Gaga because it seems only radio *****s can make it to the top now. Gaga can get some decent AI, but nothing like Rihanna, Adele, or even Katy... So many songs selling over 300K and with massive AI :fail: Edited June 3, 2012 by Klou

I didn't follow AI much until the last year or so. What kind of AI did she receive prior to BTW?

The new rules mean fewer #1 overall, as songs with massive radio last 6-12 weeks at the top.

All of her singles (except Alejandro) went #1 on Pop, Telephone picked up some rhythmic along with Bad Romance. Valentino 4
Why? Stagnant #1s really kind of suck. True, but at the same time I'm just so tired of The Navy and Misses Marchioness Priestess Madam Mistress Viscountess Dame Countess Empress Goddess Duchess Queen Lady Katheryn von Perry de la HudsonCats boasting about how many #1 they have when in reality they accomplished those #1s because they're single artists.
