They kinda discussed this point a little in the article, but streaming services can be biased and pretty much control the charts now thanks to streaming and that seems very unfair. People are hitting 1 billion streams on Spotify now, a couple years ago hitting 100 million streams was a big deal. It's just like how hitting 100 million on YouTube used to be huge but with the growth in use, now it's hitting 1 billion.
