It's aimed at only Trump and those in government who support him. Since it's a binding spell, it also has no chance of bouncing back to the caster. I've not been into witchcraft long enough myself. But I'm assuming this will just contribute more to the cosmic karmic retribution that the universe is just gonna sh!t upon Trump. I'd like to think combined efforts all at the same time will make the spell stronger. I mean it makes sense. A whole bunch of people, united in one purpose? Of course not everyone is going to finish at the same time, and everyone will change their spells a little bit differently, but I'm assuming it will all turn out the way needed. I think the spell the guy devised, however, shows his origins as a witch, or the witches he took from. His spell is lunar based. While many witches know the basics of basing spells on the moon's phases, he knows far more than what ecletic witches, so the spell is an obvious derivative of a moon based spell. Extra info about it under the spoiler: Spoiler Most witches usually have an ecletic raising, like me, in this modern day age. Which is usually learning from tumblr and personal experiences. The basics of moon magic everyone knows: Full moons enhance magic an most/all capabilities. New moons are for cleansing. Of course, lunar eclipses are for very special rituals. There are other basics, but eclectic witches mostly know about those three things. Meanwhile, it probably takes someone with at least a little interest in moon based magic, lunar leanings as I call it, to tell you what each specific phase of the moon is for what magic.
