The possibility of life there due to probable oceans made of water and the fact that three of them are in the goldilocks zone for temperatures found on Earth, plus the fact that seven of them were found at once, which is unprecedented, especially when almost half are habitable.

These planets are so close to each other, you could stand on one of them and see all the others. This is the image they showed

This is so exciting! 

When and if humanity develops a ship that can travel at light speed it will take only 39 years to get there which is a pretty good number if colonies were to be made, etc. 

We'd have to get people willing to never come back to Earth and start a new civilization. Imagine how many years it would take to populate it.
