Miel 15,009
Each album has their own unique quirks, but big shout out to ARTPOP. A lot of ARTPOP as a whole was, conceptually, super intricate. I mean, I'll be the first to say that its execution didn't always serve up its incredible ingredients in the best way, but the intention was definitely creative. As somebody mentioned, ARTPOP (the song itself) is absolutely beautiful, lyrically. Also, the way Marry the Night's thematic narrative was represented structurally and lyrically is pretty creative and original- no doubt including the final chorus and outro. Never heard a song like that since. 3 points in and ready for more

Freud 5,663
We all know the Answer is Bad Romance - the Industrial Sound, that was and is so unique til today - the weirdness and complexity of it's structure and playful lyrics like "Ra-ra... ula-la" and the "Ohhhs". The build up in the last Bridge, amazing powerful chorus, great vocals - every person on this planet knows it - the iconic music video fitting to the songs concept
Frankenztein 1,172
Love Game is an underrated gem with some of her most creative funny lyrics. I mean who else would come up with the Disco Stick? I especially love Gaga's lyrical humor which is one of the reasons I love ARTPOP, because in  many ways it's her funniest album. Swine's lyrics are amazing to me. Swine uses such absurd humor to describe something very dark. One of her most original moments as a songwriter for sure.
hELXIG 42,954
I couldn't just pick one song to be her most original and creative, but Blood Mary comes to mind, and apparently the aim of that song was to make something sonically avant garde. And Venus is pretty experimental too and very unique sounding. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Those 2 are indeed unique. I have never heard anything like those two songs! Ever! The Born this Way album itself is unique. It is beyond just a regular pop album. Gaga pushes the envelope with her creativity and ambition with this album! I have never heard anything like it! Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!
